Q: Who can edit a program's information? What if my program has a new director?
A: Only program directors are given usernames/passwords to update information in the program listings. This is different from your eLink login information. The username & password should have been e-mailed directly to the program director. If you cannot find that information or have recently changed directors, please contact AWP Membership Services at 703-993-4301 or services@awpwriter.org.
Q: I am a director and my assigned username & password aren't working. What's wrong?
A: Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive so make sure you type them in exactly as they appear in the e-mail you received. Be sure to exclude any spaces or end-of-line return characters. If you are still unable to log in, contact AWP Membership Services at 703-993-4301 or services@awpwriter.org.
Q: How often may I update my information?
A: As often as you want! By keeping the information complete and up-to-date, you stand the best chance of informing Guide site visitors about your program. With this new login process, there is no need to wait for an AWP staff member to update your listing; you can change it any time.
Q: After I update my listing, when will the changes show up?
A: Any changes you make should be reflected almost immediately in your listing. You may need to refresh or reload the Guide page to see the changes.
Q: Is there a list of AWP Member Programs?
A: Yes. That list appears on the AWP website (in the membership section) and can also be viewed here: AWP Member Programs in the Guide. A special graphic appears on the program description of every member program in the Guide: 
Q: How do I become a member of AWP? What are the benefits of an AWP membership?
A: You can find out all about individual and institutional memberships in the Membership section of the AWP Website. You can join online using our fast & secure StoreFront.
Q: I have additional information to add to my listing but don't know where it fits. Where do I put it?
A: The best place to put additional information is in the program description section. Unfortunately, we cannot change our system every time there is a slight variation in wording or requirements for specific programs or special cases. We hope that the "other" fields in many of the steps and the large sections for text descriptions will allow you clarify and elaborate.
